| Haha, why on earth would that be? Are the previous fallouts banned there as well? This one just seems to be more tame. Well, aside from the violence which is graphic (and awesome) as ever. |

Fallout 1 and 2 got released. Dunno about Tactics.
The reason is use of morphine as a benefit in game. How lame is that? Gordon Freeman used morphine and no one complained then... |

It probably wasn't just the morphine then, there are a lot of drugs that do have potentially positive (and negative) effects that you can become addicted to.
Gordon freeman sure didn't get addicted to anything. |
